Evaluates Prospective Infrastructure Investment Projects,

• Conducts Feasibility analysis and assessment
• Prepares Information Memorandum (IM) and Financial Models (FM)
• Submit IPFF II Fund Application to the concerned authorities
• Conducts all due diligence process in order to obtain fund from IPFF II
• Arranges funds up to 50% of the project cost from IPFF II as part of syndication or individually
• Arranges Loans from other sources up to 25% of the project cost
• Provides Consultation Support and Advisory Services

Participates in IPFF II Syndication Arrangements
