Eligibility:

• Must provide required papers to establish the reason for availing such financing
• Sufficient cash flow to serve debt obligations in case of failure to obtain the intended fund support in the future
• High net worth of the sponsors

Loan Limit:

• BDT 35 Crore or up to 70% of the longer-term financing the client is trying to arrange, or the fund support it is expecting to get in the shape of prospective revenue.

Features:

• Loan terms up to twelve months
• Funds can be disbursed over a period based on the progression of the project
• Quarterly or half-yearly installments or tailored structured payment as per client’s requirements.
