• NID / Passport Photocopy both side with Guarantor(s)
• Photocopy of paid Utility Bill last 01 (one) months.
• Commissioner / Chairman Certificate
• Projected income statement at least 01 (one) year
• Deed with Landlord (Pond/Land)
• List of Employee
• Particulars of 2 (two) Guarantors
• List of existing machineries including ownership documents with written down value (If Applicable)
